Iron Hill Construction Management Breaks Ground on Expansion for Bosch Rexroth in Bethlehem, PA

Iron Hill Construction Management (Iron Hill) has officially broken ground on a 50,000-square-foot expansion project for Bosch Rexroth at its facility located at 2300 City Line Road in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The addition will support Bosch Rexroth’s growth in the Lehigh Valley and enhance operational efficiency at the site.

The new space will connect seamlessly to the existing facility and is being constructed with the precision required to support Bosch Rexroth’s advanced AutoStore system, demanding an exceptionally flat floor for automated equipment operations. The expansion will also feature structural steel framing, high-performance mechanical systems, and upgraded utilities designed to meet Bosch’s rigorous manufacturing standards. Despite challenges such as unsuitable soils and ongoing operations within the adjacent active facility, Iron Hill’s team remains on track to deliver the project by the second quarter of 2026.

Sitework is currently underway, with vertical construction scheduled to begin this fall and project delivery set for 2026.
