Iron Hill completed the Design/Build construction of a comprehensive 5-acre medical campus for Delaware Valley Residential Care (DVRC) in Warminster, Pennsylvania. The new campus includes 72 individual residential care units, a 10,000 sq. ft. treatment facility, a full-service cafeteria, and a dedicated daycare center.
DVRC signed a long-term lease to operate the facility, providing specialized brain injury rehabilitation services and supportive housing for residents throughout Bucks County. Iron Hill worked closely with the development team and DVRC to implement a safe and thoughtful construction plan that prioritized resident care and long-term functionality.
