Iron Hill transformed a former 24/7 fitness facility into a 42,970 sq. ft. athletic training center for Moravian University. The project involved expanding the original 26,200 sq. ft. structure by extending the mezzanine and converting it into a true second floor. Eight existing racquetball courts were reconfigured into office space, classrooms, and conference areas, while the first floor was redesigned to house athletic training programs and laboratory spaces. The facility also incorporates 10,000 sq. ft. of space occupied by St. Luke’s Health Network, supporting primary care, sports medicine, and physical therapy.
