Iron Hill Construction Management has completed The Gatehouse, a five-story, 44-unit multi-family development located at 413 East Third Street in Bethlehem’s SouthSide Arts District. The project also includes 5,600 sq. ft. of street-level retail and restaurant space designed to enhance the pedestrian experience.
Built on a tight infill site directly adjacent to the Polk Street Parking Garage, The Gatehouse was delivered in less than a year, reflecting the project team’s ability to execute efficiently within a dense urban environment. The development adds new residential density and retail to the rapidly evolving Third Street corridor, supporting continued revitalization of Southside Bethlehem.
