Iron Hill Construction Management has completed The Gatehouse, a five-story, 44-unit multi-family development located at 413 East Third Street in Bethlehem’s SouthSide Arts District. The project also includes 5,600 sq. ft. of street-level retail and restaurant space designed to enhance the pedestrian experience.
Built on a tight infill site directly adjacent to the Polk Street Parking Garage, The Gatehouse was delivered in less than a year, reflecting the project team’s ability to execute efficiently within a dense urban environment. The development adds new residential density and retail to the rapidly evolving Third Street corridor, supporting continued revitalization of Southside Bethlehem.
The community is positioned within walking distance of some of the city’s most prominent destinations, including SteelStacks, Wind Creek Bethlehem, and ArtsQuest, placing residents at the center of a vibrant mix of arts, entertainment, dining, and cultural activity.
