Iron Hill Construction Management has completed The Station at Hatboro, a three-story, 102-unit multi-family community located in the heart of Hatboro, Pennsylvania. Situated along North York Road, the development includes 4,732 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space, contributing to a more walkable and active downtown environment.
Built on a previously underutilized site that once contained a mix of aging commercial buildings, the project reflects a successful redevelopment effort following a comprehensive planning and conditional use review process with the borough. The design was refined to complement the character of downtown Hatboro while introducing new residential density and retail opportunities.
The completed community delivers modern studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with thoughtfully designed layouts and high-quality finishes, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, spacious closets, and in-unit energy-efficient washers and dryers. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, private work pods, and a resident lounge featuring a private tasting room for gatherings.
