Iron Hill completed the Design/Build of a 45,000 sq. ft. healthcare facility in Allentown, PA in just 12 months.
Located on West Tilghman Street, the three-story medical building was originally developed for Westfield Hospital, a privately run acute care provider. The facility featured 25 inpatient beds, three surgical suites, and a fully equipped emergency department.
Following its initial operation, the building was acquired by Lehigh Valley Health Network and now serves as a dedicated Orthopaedic Medicine center.
