Iron Hill Construction Management (Iron Hill) has begun work on its first project in the state of Tennessee, a major renovation and expansion project for premier frozen Asian food manufacturer Wei-Chuan U.S.A., Inc (Wei-Chuan). The project, located at 1655 Old Columbia Road in Dickson, Tennessee, will transform an existing 85,000-square-foot industrial facility into a modern food manufacturing and packaging operation.

The project marks the second collaboration between Iron Hill and Wei-Chuan, following the successful completion of a 61,000-square-foot cold storage facility in Edison, New Jersey earlier this year.
