Iron Hill Construction Management has broken ground on a 43,795-square-foot headquarters facility and retail/bar/lounge experience for discount cigar retailer Cigar Page at 1010 Harvard Avenue in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Construction began in early February 2026, with Iron Hill serving as the project’s construction manager.

The new facility will serve as Cigar Page’s headquarters as the company expands from its current location in Bath, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2015, Cigar Page is the nation’s second-largest e-commerce cigar retailer, and the new development will mark its first brick-and-mortar retail location. The project combines warehouse, office, and retail/lounge space and is expected to open in early 2027.

Once complete, the building will be home to the world’s largest retail cigar store. Approximately half of the facility will be dedicated to the customer experience, featuring an outdoor patio, keg/cooler room, 26-foot stone fireplace, full-service bar, more than 200 seats in the cigar lounge, and a 4,400-square-foot walk-in humidor. A 14,750-square-foot second-story mezzanine above the retail space will house the headquarters offices for Brandshopper, LLC, Cigar Page’s parent company, accommodating more than 100 employees.

Cigar Page aims to make the new headquarters the “ultimate destination for cigar lovers.” The humidor will span approximately 68,000 cubic feet and house more than 750,000 cigars, while the indoor bar will feature 42 beers on tap and seating for over 200 guests. The new facility represents a significant investment in the company’s continued growth and evolution.

“Our team’s vision was to build the ‘Big House of Cigars,’ creating the ultimate destination for handmade cigar enthusiasts – a sensory experience expansive in scope, yet warm and inviting. One that combines industry-lowest prices with exceptional service,” said Keith Meier, Founder and CEO.

“We’ve built an incredible online community of cigar lovers, and this new headquarters is more than a building, it will bring that same passion, connection, and culture into the real world,” added Alex Goldman, COO.
