Iron Hill Construction Management Breaks Ground on High-Performance Distribution Hub for Link Logistics

Iron Hill Construction Management (Iron Hill) is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of a new 121,644-square-foot single-story build-to-suit industrial facility for Link Logistics at 2 Hilton Court in Parsippany, New Jersey. The facility will replace the former U.S. headquarters of Daiichi Sankyo, which was recently demolished as part of a significant redevelopment of the site.

Based in Bethlehem, PA, Iron Hill is proud to bring its Design/Build expertise to Parsippany and facilitate the seamless transition from an outdated office to a modern logistics facility. This precast panel warehouse is designed to achieve LEED Certification, highlighting Iron Hill’s commitment to sustainable construction practices. Many of the firm’s projects have focused on the redevelopment of blighted and environmentally challenged parcels and the adaptive reuse of obsolete and desolate industrial facilities.

With sitework already underway, vertical construction is scheduled to begin in April 2025.
