Iron Hill Construction Management (Iron Hill) recently joined project partners, local officials, and community members to celebrate the groundbreaking of County Line Commerce Park, a new two-building Class A industrial development totaling approximately 324,000 square feet in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

Representatives from Horsham Township participated in the ceremony, including Township Manager Bill Gildea-Walker, Councilmembers Samantha Slaff and Ellen Zschunke, and Township Engineer Erik Garton.

The ceremony kicked off construction for a 101,000-square-foot facility and a 224,000-square-foot facility. The development will bring high-quality industrial space to one of the Philadelphia region’s most established business corridors. Strategically located at the intersection of County Line Road and Easton Road (Route 611), County Line Commerce Park is designed to support continued economic growth in the region by providing state-of-the-art industrial space for distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics users.

The project also includes several infrastructure improvements that will benefit the surrounding community, including a new traffic signal at County Line Road and Titus Avenue, roadway improvements along County Line Road, stormwater management enhancements, and intersection improvements at County Line Road and Easton Road.

Site work is underway, with the first building anticipated to be completed by the end of the year.
