Iron Hill Construction Management (Iron Hill) has completed construction on The Station at Hatboro, a new 102-unit multifamily community with 4,732 square feet of street-level retail space in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The development recently welcomed its first residents, bringing new transit-oriented housing to the heart of downtown Hatboro.

Located along North York Road, the project transformed an underutilized site previously occupied by a mix of commercial buildings into a modern residential. Following an extensive planning and conditional use review process, construction began in Spring 2025 and was completed in April 2026.

The Station at HatboroThe four-story building offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments wih spacious floorplans, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, central heating and air conditioning, in-unit washers and dryers, and generous closet space.
