Iron Hill Construction Management to Deliver Ecopax, LLC Manufacturing Expansion in Bethlehem, PA

Iron Hill Construction Management (Iron Hill) announced the start of construction on a 104,238-square-foot expansion for Ecopax, LLC, a leading manufacturer of sustainable food packaging solutions. Located at 1355 Easton Road in Bethlehem, PA, this project will enhance Ecopax’s existing manufacturing operations in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park and expand its production, warehousing, and logistics capabilities.

The expansion builds on Iron Hill’s longstanding partnership with Ecopax. The new facility will feature six additional loading docks, 12 additional truck parking spaces, and upgraded fire protection infrastructure, including a water line expansion and new fire hydrants. Structural steel framing, high-performance envelope systems, and energy-efficient mechanical systems are being incorporated to ensure operational efficiency and long-term durability while supporting Ecopax’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing.

With design underway, the project will establish a modern, flexible space for Ecopax to continue scaling operations and meet growing demand for eco-conscious food packaging products.
