Iron Hill delivered a comprehensive expansion and renovation of Clinton Honda, enhancing both the facility’s appearance and operational capacity. The 45,000 sq. ft. project doubled the size of the showroom, service area, and retail space while minimizing disruption to daily operations. The building features a brick and masonry façade with insulated metal panels, and includes a 150-space, three-story post-tension concrete parking deck. These upgrades created a modern, efficient, and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
