Iron Hill delivered the 35,000 sq. ft. South Amboy YMCA Community Center, a $10,000,000 facility designed by Cerminara Architect. Situated within walking distance of senior housing, local schools, and Raritan Bay Waterfront Park, the project features a large atrium, office spaces, senior fitness center, childcare area, and a 6,000 sq. ft. wellness center for all ages. Highlights include a 25-yard, six-lane competitive swimming pool and a full-court gymnasium, all completed under a tight nine-month schedule.
