Iron Hill Construction Management partnered with Comprehensive Learning Center (CLC) to deliver a purpose-built educational facility designed specifically for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. With enrollment growing and the need for more space becoming critical, CLC needed a new home that would accommodate its students while staying within a tight budget and close to its existing location.
Iron Hill worked alongside the project team to renovate a 22,000 sq. ft. building that met all of CLC’s functional and programmatic needs. The upgraded space features multiple classrooms, a gymnasium, two fully equipped kitchens, shower facilities, and an outdoor playground—creating a safe, supportive, and flexible learning environment. The project also supports the future growth of CLC’s Adults Program, offering a path forward for the organization and the families it serves.
