Iron Hill Construction Management completed construction of a new 45,000 sq. ft. facility for First Children Services in Plainfield, NJ. Built to support the needs of students with developmental disabilities, the building includes specialized classrooms and support spaces tailored to the school’s programming. Iron Hill worked alongside J.G. Petrucci Company and Cerminara Architect to deliver the project on schedule, managing demolition, site prep, and ground-up construction with a focus on quality and team coordination.
