In January 2018, Iron Hill completed a full renovation and turnkey fit-out for the Essex Regional Educational Services Commission (ERESC) in Fairfield, New Jersey. The 25,000 sq. ft., two-story building, located less than one mile from ERESC’s previous facility, was selected to support the organization’s expanding staff, programs, and administrative operations.
The project was completed in under six months, with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. Improvements included a new roof, energy-efficient double-pane windows, ADA-compliant restrooms, and a complete interior fit-out tailored to ERESC’s operational requirements. The finished space accommodates professional development training, workshops, and expanded programming for ERESC and its educational partners throughout the region.
