Iron Hill Construction Management completed the construction of a 60,000 sq. ft.data and technical operations facility for Synchronoss Technologies at 1565 Spillman Drive in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII. The project relocated Synchronoss’ existing research and development operations within the Lehigh Valley to a modern, purpose-built facility designed to support the company’s growing technology and data management needs.
Located on the former site of the flagship plant of Bethlehem Steel Corporation, the development is part of the continued transformation of Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII into a premier hub for advanced technology and industrial operations. The new facility supports Synchronoss’ role as a leading provider of on-demand transaction management solutions for communications service providers, while reinforcing the Lehigh Valley’s reputation for its highly skilled workforce and development-ready infrastructure.
