Iron Hill completed the Design/Build of A.P. Deauville’s 170,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, relocating operations from New Jersey to the Lehigh Valley. The project included demolition of existing office and mezzanine spaces, installation of new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to support multiple production lines, and construction of 10,000 sq. ft. of Class-A office space. The work was carefully phased to allow A.P. Deauville to begin production as quickly as possible while construction continued.
