The facility features 145,000 sq. ft. of specialized industrial space—including advanced manufacturing, product testing, and warehousing areas—alongside more than 30,000 sq. ft. of modern office space to support engineering and administrative functions.
Built to accommodate the precise requirements of Curtiss-Wright’s defense and marine programs, Iron Hill coordinated complex construction logistics, high-load infrastructure, and performance-driven systems to meet stringent industry standards. The result is a purpose-built facility that enhances the company’s ability to deliver critical technologies to the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, and global defense partners.
