Iron Hill Construction Management completed a 2,280 sq. ft. office renovation for repeat client TuWay Communications in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The project converted second-floor storage space into additional offices and employee support areas, supporting the company’s growth.
This project continues a long-standing relationship, building on the 2001 facility that J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. delivered for TuWay at 2115 City Line Road. The renovation highlights Iron Hill’s focus on client-centered solutions and repeat partnerships across the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region.
