Iron Hill completed the Design/Build of a 250,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art medical campus for St. Luke’s University Health Network in Bethlehem, PA.
Located on the Anderson Campus, the LEED-Certified project includes two advanced medical office buildings and a dedicated Cancer Treatment Center, all designed to support high-quality, full-service healthcare delivery. The project required precision coordination and adaptability to meet the evolving clinical and operational needs of St. Luke’s.
Iron Hill’s team oversaw every phase of construction—from pre-construction planning to final turnover—ensuring the healthcare system’s vision for a modern, efficient, and patient-centered environment was fully realized. The result is a landmark campus that continues to serve as a cornerstone of medical care in the Lehigh Valley.
