Iron Hill redeveloped a former bakery site into a two-story, 40,000 sq. ft. medical office building for Lehigh Valley Health Network in Easton, PA. The project required full demolition and site preparation before delivering a modern health center designed to support a wide range of medical services, including pediatrics, cardiology, endoscopy, physical therapy, and laboratory facilities. The new center was built to accommodate up to 15,000 patients annually and provide space for 30 new healthcare jobs, further expanding LVHN’s presence in the Lehigh Valley.
