Iron Hill completed this 50,290 sq. ft. Development and Design/Build project for EcoTech Marine within the newly constructed Bethlehem Flex Center V. The facility includes a 27,659 sq. ft. warehouse with 32′ clear height and a 20,116 sq. ft., two-story office space featuring an open-concept layout with conference rooms, break areas, research & development labs, and specialized manufacturing areas.
This state-of-the-art facility supports EcoTech Marine’s production and streamlines operations to meet growing product demand. The project was realized with collaboration from the City of Bethlehem, the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, and the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park executive teams.
