Iron Hill Construction Management partnered with Touch Dynamic to deliver a multi-phase headquarters expansion and renovation project at their South Plainfield, New Jersey facility, supporting the company’s continued growth in the advanced point-of-sale manufacturing sector.
The scope included both ground-up and interior construction within an active operational environment. Iron Hill originally completed a full gut renovation of the existing facility, transforming the building into a modern headquarters with upgraded office space, employee amenities, production areas, and warehouse operations—all carefully phased to allow Touch Dynamic to maintain day-to-day business activity throughout construction.
In a subsequent phase, Iron Hill returned to execute a 16,000 sq. ft. warehouse expansion and comprehensive building upgrades to accommodate increased production and distribution demand. The addition introduced a 36’ clear precast structure with a high-performance roofing system and ESFR fire protection, along with a full roof replacement of the existing facility and targeted production and office enhancements.
Across both phases, the project reflects a long-term partnership focused on scalable facility solutions—allowing Touch Dynamic to efficiently expand manufacturing and warehouse capacity while continuing uninterrupted operations in a fast-growing industry.
