A new 25,600 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Forks Township, PA was designed to serve as Polykote Corporation’s headquarters, followed by a 20,000 sq. ft. expansion to support the company’s continued growth. The facility incorporates split-face masonry façades with metal panels, 4,000 sq. ft. of office space, two loading docks, and dedicated areas for production and manufacturing. Built to house all of Polykote’s coating, laminating, and converting lines, the building also enabled expanded laboratory space, wider production capabilities, increased warehousing capacity, and additional staffing.
