Iron Hill completed the Design/Build construction of Flexicon Corporation’s U.S. Headquarters, followed by a major 70,000 sq. ft. expansion to support the company’s continued growth.
The original 91,000 sq. ft. facility was tailored to Flexicon’s precise manufacturing and operational needs. Building on the success of that project, Iron Hill was re-engaged to deliver a substantial addition that includes a dedicated area for new product development, expanded office space, training and meeting rooms, a modern cafeteria, and enhanced logistics infrastructure featuring ten loading docks and two drive-in doors.
Flexicon, a global leader in bulk handling equipment and custom-engineered systems, now operates from a significantly expanded footprint designed to streamline operations, support innovation, and accommodate future scalability. Iron Hill continues to serve as a trusted construction partner for their evolving facility needs.
