Iron Hill completed the environmental remediation of a 22-acre brownfield site and delivered a 42,500 sq. ft. speculative shell building, later occupied by Techo-Bloc Corporation, a Canadian manufacturer of masonry blocks for outdoor patios, walls, staircases, and other structures. The project included a 14,500 sq. ft. expansion shortly after occupancy, followed by a 35,000 sq. ft. expansion five years later. The development received over $371,450 in financing from the Workforce and Economic Development Network of Pennsylvania and was recognized with the Governor’s Award for Local Government Excellence.
