Iron Hill Construction Management completed the Design/Build of a 156,000 sq. ft. fully automated vertical farming facility at 1025 Feather Way in Bethlehem, PA. The project was designed to meet the advanced infrastructure demands of the tenant’s high-tech growing systems.
Close coordination between the shell construction and interior fit-out was critical to support the facility’s complex MEP systems and automation requirements. The result is a state-of-the-art vertical farm built to support year-round, high-efficiency food production.
