This 25,000 sq. ft., two-story hydroponic farm was custom-built to support Elevate Farms’ mission of producing clean, locally grown leafy greens year-round. Engineered to accommodate precise climate control and LED lighting systems, the facility enables the production of up to 3,000 pounds of fresh lettuce each day—all without soil or sunlight.
As Elevate Farms grows its U.S. operations, Iron Hill played a key role in helping the company bring its resource-efficient, high-output farming model to an urban setting.
