Iron Hill Construction Management completed a full interior renovation of a production facility for Factory Manufacturing LLC® and its brand partners, Honey Stinger® and ROAR Organic®. The updated space at 157 N. Commerce Way supports the manufacturing and packaging of powdered drink mixes, supplements, and energy/protein bars.
The project included upgrades to both office and warehouse areas. This involved modernizing 8,617 sq. ft. of office space with contemporary finishes and ergonomic workstations, and enhancing 64,435 sq. ft. of warehouse space to meet current production needs. The result is a streamlined, efficient facility that supports continued growth and day-to-day operations.
