Iron Hill Construction Management completed Il Pastaio’s first U.S. manufacturing facility, a 71,300 sq. ft. food-grade plant located at Great Stream Commons business park in Union County, Pennsylvania. The project represents a $12.5M investment and significantly expands Il Pastaio’s gnocchi production capabilities to support continued growth across the North American market.
The facility was designed and constructed to meet the stringent requirements of modern food production and distribution. It supports efficient, high-volume gnocchi production and positions Il Pastaio to better serve retail and foodservice customers throughout the region. The facility is expected to support at least 74 full-time jobs and contribute to Union County’s growing industrial and food production sector.
