Iron Hill completed the Development and Design/Build of a 79,160 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for Norac S.A., a French-based global bakery company operating in the U.S. under the Bakerly brand. This facility marked the company’s first U.S. location and was designed to support large-scale food production and long-term operational growth.
The building includes a 6,275 sq. ft. high-pile storage freezer, 6,052 sq. ft. of office space, and 3,448 sq. ft. of shell space reserved for future expansion. The project was fast-tracked with expedited development approvals and supported by a state-backed funding package, including grants and job creation tax credits.
Since completion, multiple expansion phases have been delivered to accommodate Bakerly’s continued growth in the U.S.
