Iron Hill has played an ongoing role in the multi-phase renovation and expansion of Chan & Chan USA Inc.’s manufacturing campus in Bethlehem, PA. Over the past five years, Iron Hill has partnered with J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. to convert two existing industrial buildings into USDA/FDA-compliant food-grade processing and cold storage facilities that support the company’s national distribution of frozen Chinese food products.
The latest phase of work includes the construction of a new 35,000 sq. ft. fully automated cooler/freezer facility to support Chan & Chan’s growing production and storage needs. Each phase has been delivered with careful coordination, allowing operations to continue while expanding the capabilities of the site.
