Iron Hill completed the Design/Build of a USDA-compliant food processing and distribution facility for Bethlehem Sausage Works. The facility was constructed to meet stringent food-grade standards and support long-term operational efficiency.
The building features insulated metal panels with split-face masonry façades, multiple smokehouses, epoxy flooring, and a series of refrigerated kitchen and freezer rooms. A mezzanine level was incorporated to provide additional storage capacity. The facility was also strategically designed to support future expansion, allowing Bethlehem Sausage Works to scale operations as business demands grow.
