MartinBauer, Inc., a German-based botanical ingredient manufacturer, expanded its U.S. footprint with a new food-grade facility in Hanover Township, PA. The 48,600 sq. ft. building was constructed by Iron Hill to support the company’s growing manufacturing and distribution needs.
Following the success of its East Coast office in Secaucus, NJ, MartinBauer sought a strategic location within driving distance to launch U.S.-based production. Iron Hill provided end-to-end support, working closely with both domestic and international teams to meet a strict schedule and budget.
The facility features five loading docks, a drive-in door, and on-site parking, with infrastructure tailored for efficient processing and distribution of botanical products.
