Following the successful rezoning and approval process for a former industrial property, Iron Hill delivered The Station at Bucks County, a 257-unit luxury apartment community located adjacent to the Warminster SEPTA Rail Station. The complex includes 21 residential buildings, a resort-style swimming pool, and a clubhouse featuring a lounge and state-of-the-art fitness center. Each one- and two-bedroom unit was designed with modern finishes, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, eat-in kitchens, and in-unit washers and dryers. As part of the redevelopment, significant site improvements were also made, including new traffic infrastructure, expanded roadway access to the train station, and additional commuter parking.
