Iron Hill leveraged its expertise in urban redevelopment to transform a 40-year blighted site into a 44,000 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution facility for ABC Supply. The state-of-the-art facility was designed to accommodate ABC Supply’s growing customer base while keeping operations within the City of Plainfield. The project upgraded the site with modern warehouse infrastructure, efficient workflows, and distribution-ready features. Since completion, the facility has provided new employment opportunities, increased local economic activity, and contributed to the revitalization of the surrounding community.
