Following the rezoning and environmental remediation of a former industrial site, Iron Hill Construction Management supported the successful delivery of The Station at Lyndhurst, a 192-unit luxury multi-family community in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.
The project spans 7.65 acres near the intersection of Valley Brook Avenue and Chubb Avenue within the Meadowlands, offering convenient access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, and key North Jersey transportation corridors. Approvals were secured within 12 months, construction was completed in under 16 months, and the community was fully leased in less than a year.
