Iron Hill executed the transformation of a 196,823 sq. ft. obsolete office building into a state-of-the-art 470,000 sq. ft. industrial flex campus. Leveraging extensive experience with brownfield sites and complex construction projects, the team delivered three high-performance buildings designed to accommodate advanced manufacturing, food production, and logistics operations.
The project included full interior demolitions, structural upgrades, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements. Each building was equipped to meet the specific needs of industrial users, including high clear heights, heavy-load floors, and flexible layouts to support specialized operations.
