Responding to increased demand for transportation, construction, and communications equipment, Iron Hill delivered a new 21,100 sq. ft. sales and service facility for CSTK, Inc. The redevelopment provided the company with modern infrastructure, including rail access, a five-ton crane, a storage mezzanine, a drop lot for over 35 customer trailers, and dedicated training rooms.
Centrally located in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII at I-78 and Route 412, the facility strengthens CSTK’s operational capabilities across tractor-trailer fleets, rail yard/intermodal operations, temperature-controlled equipment, and off-road HVAC. This project highlights Iron Hill’s expertise in transforming industrial sites into highly functional facilities.
