In 2011, Iron Hill transformed the former Maplewood Police Station site into a 50-unit luxury apartment community adjacent to the Maplewood Train Station. The project required the environmental remediation and redevelopment of a contaminated site, which resulted in a LEED-Certified community. The project also earned ENERGY STAR® for Multi-Family Certification and Home Innovation’s National Green Building Standard, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
