Iron Hill delivered The Winston at Lyndhurst, a 218-unit luxury apartment community located near one of our previous projects, The Station at Lyndhurst. The project transformed a 6.8-acre vacant site, including demolition of an 81,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office building and elevation of the construction area one foot above the floodplain. The four-story, podium-style building sits atop structured parking, and the redevelopment included rezoning, with all approvals secured within 12 months.
