Iron Hill Construction Management completed the Development and Design/Build of a 330,000 sq. ft. speculative Class-A warehouse and distribution facility at 3000 Quarry Road in Telford, Pennsylvania. The ground-up industrial development was delivered on a nearly 30-acre site with direct access to Interstate 476, positioning the facility to efficiently serve the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley markets.
The high-cube facility features 36’ clear height, 85 loading positions, 2 drive-in doors, and extensive trailer and passenger vehicle parking. Designed to meet modern distribution requirements, the project delivers a flexible, high-performance industrial asset.
