Iron Hill completed the Design/Build delivery of two industrial facilities for Alpha Packaging, a leading manufacturer of bottles and containers for the pharmaceutical, health, beauty, food and beverage industries.
As Alpha Packaging expanded its pharmaceutical capabilities, the company required a fast-track solution to meet growing demand from East Coast clients. Iron Hill oversaw a rapid interior fit-out of a 116,292 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution center within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII, coordinating closely with Alpha’s team to ensure their new equipment and operational needs were fully supported.
This project built upon a longstanding relationship, which began with Alpha’s original 91,600 sq. ft. facility in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. Alpha now operates from two buildings in the Lehigh Valley totaling over 207,000 sq. ft.
