Shortly after construction began on this 120,000 sq. ft. speculative warehouse in Logan Township, NJ, a Fortune 50 building materials supplier committed to the entire building. Iron Hill completed a turnkey fit-out for the tenant, delivering the finished facility in December 2022. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, including supply chain disruptions and work stoppages, the project was completed on time and on budget, demonstrating strong project management and construction execution.
