Iron Hill successfully executed a multi-phase Design/Build construction program for REEB Millwork Corporation, delivering a total of 720,000 sq. ft. of advanced manufacturing and distribution space.
Built in three phases to align with REEB’s operational growth, the facility includes high-efficiency production areas, expansive warehousing space, and integrated logistics infrastructure. The initial 175,000 sq. ft. phase was followed by two large-scale expansions (250,000 sq. ft. and 295,000 sq. ft.), bringing the full footprint to nearly three-quarters of a million square feet.
Iron Hill worked closely with REEB’s internal facilities and operations teams to ensure each stage of construction met evolving functional requirements while supporting long-term scalability. The result is a modern, streamlined headquarters facility designed to meet the demands of a leading building materials distributor.
