Iron Hill, in partnership with DWS Group, built a 587,100 sq. ft. speculative warehouse to meet strong demand for distribution space. The facility was leased shortly after completion to discount retailer Big Lots.
Situated on 45 acres, the LEED-Certified facility features 40′ clear height, 108 dock doors, ample vehicle and trailer parking, ESFR sprinklers, and LED lighting. The efficient design supports e-commerce operations and provides premier access to regional parcel and intermodal facilities, accommodating Big Lots’ growing demand.
