Iron Hill Construction Management is leading construction on Lehigh Gateway, a 101,000 sq. ft. Class-A industrial facility within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII. The project is expected to deliver in Fall 2026 and will bring highly functional industrial space to one of the region’s most established logistics corridors.
The facility will include 36′ clear heights, 28 dock doors, two drive-in doors, and 2,000 sq. ft. of finished office space. Additional features such as ESFR sprinkler systems, motion-sensor LED lighting, precast concrete construction, and 3,000-AMP electrical service will support modern distribution operations. Positioned less than one mile from I-78 and just 10 miles from Lehigh Valley International Airport, Lehigh Gateway offers strong access to major Northeast markets and infrastructure.
