Iron Hill completed the Design/Build of a 452,400 sq. ft. Class-A distribution center near Lehigh Valley International Airport, tailored for high-volume logistics and sustainability.
The state-of-the-art facility features 36′ clear heights, 78 dock doors, ESFR fire protection, LED high-bay lighting, and abundant trailer and vehicle parking. Constructed with long-term performance and efficiency in mind, the building achieved LEED Silver Certification through initiatives such as water-efficient plumbing systems, construction waste reduction, energy optimization, and advanced rainwater management.
Now serving as a major distribution hub for Midea America Corp., the facility reinforces Iron Hill’s expertise in delivering scalable, environmentally responsible industrial spaces for global manufacturers.
